The Viamala canyon was the first canyon descended in Switzerland in 1982 by Daniel Chézière.

With this introduction to canyoning, you’ll discover a natural site of rare beauty. What’s more, you’re well equipped and accompanied by your guide, who explains how to tackle the jumps and slides. On the one hand, there’s no abseil in the Viamala, which is why we call it a water walk. On the other hand, this very narrow canyon is surrounded by impressive walls over 150m high. No need for ropes or rock-climbing techniques. The canyon of Gorges du Viamala is like a goddess. What’s more, you’ll experience an unforgettable half-day of excitement and emotion. What’s more, you’ll learn to tame it as you slide down its slides and plunge into the crystal-clear, emerald water. The Viamala canyon is indeed a jewel of nature.

Canyoning in the Amden Canyon in the canton of St. Gallen St. Gall less than an hour from Zurich. You start with an impressive abseiling exercise along the dam at a height of over 40m. Then you do the upper part of Amden Canyon. You’ll be enchanted by nature and the site’s play of light. Of course, this canyon is just as suitable for beginners as it is for the more experienced. The Amden canyon offers a wide variety of passages for everyone to enjoy.
