School Trip – Funyak Canoeing in Switzerland
Funyak canoeing for school trips, also called “ducky” for a school outing, is a water activity. It is often practiced in teams and consists of navigating calm rivers aboard an inflatable boat.
Funyak is a particularly popular activity, perfectly suited for students who enjoy outdoor adventure. Moreover, the ducky allows you to discover Switzerland’s waterways. Swissraft offers trips on the Reuss and the Rhine, two rivers suitable for schools from the age of 10.
Swissraft also offers other aquatic activities for school trips. In the Grisons, we organize rafting on the Rhine as well as on the Inn in Engadin. In the Bernese Oberland, we offer river rafting descents on the Lütschine as well as on the Simme in the Simmental. In Valais, we propose river trips on the Viège between Stalden and Viège.
Rafting on the Rhône between Susten and Sierre, as well as on the Dranse de Bagnes between Vollèges and Sembrancher. We also organize rafting for school outings on the Sarine from Saanen to Château d’Oex at Les Moulins in the canton of Vaud. Furthermore, we offer rafting near Geneva on the Dranse in Haute-Savoie up to Thonon-les-Bains, as well as river descents in the French Alps on the Isère.
