– A reservation or the purchase of a gift voucher\/ticket is final.
\n– For safety reasons, an activity may be cancelled or postponed.
\n– If you have any health problems, please contact a Swissraft manager.
\n– It is recommended that you know how to swim for certain activities.
\n– Whitewater and Bungee activities are not possible during pregnancy.
\n– We accept no responsibility for valuables, glasses, cameras, etc.
\n– The company reserves the right to modify its prices and opening hours.
\n– Please respect the age limit for each activity.
\n– <\/strong><\/em>The purchaser or beneficiary of a Swissraft Services Int. automatically accepts our terms and conditions.
\n<\/strong><\/em><\/span>– Gift vouchers are valid for 2 years.
\n<\/em><\/span><\/strong>– Once this deadline has passed, any increase in the price of the voucher will be invoiced.
\n<\/em><\/span><\/strong>– Extension of ONLINE vouchers (max. 8 years): CHF 25.00 (administration fee) per year.
\n<\/em><\/span><\/strong>– A GV is interchangeable free of charge.
\n<\/em><\/span><\/strong>– A GV can be cancelled free of charge within 5 days of placing the order.
\n<\/em><\/span><\/strong>– After 5 days, 20% of the GV value will be retained if the GV is valid.
\n<\/em><\/span><\/strong>– Accident insurance is the responsibility of the participants.
\n<\/em><\/span><\/strong>– Swissraft has a liability insurance policy.
\n<\/em><\/span><\/strong>– In the event of a dispute, the court of Bellinzona shall have sole jurisdiction.<\/em><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

In the event of cancellation of a reservation, we will apply the following scale of deductions :
\n– 60 days or more before departure: CHF 150 per booking.<\/strong><\/em><\/span>
\n– 59 to 30 days: 30% of the reservation amount.<\/strong><\/em><\/span>
\n– 29 to 10 days: 60% of the total booking amount.<\/strong><\/em><\/span>
\n– 9 to 1 day: 100% of the total booking price.<\/strong><\/em><\/span>
\n– On the same day, the total amount of the reservation will be retained.<\/strong><\/em><\/span>
\n– Of course, you can always find a replacement.<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

– For large events, special cancellation\/modification conditions can be agreed.<\/p>\n
